About The Position

Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC, a Department of Defense contractor, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst at the junior level to join the team who will be part of an energetic, results-driven team.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting a federal client with at least 18 months of experience working with the US Navy
Proven ability to solve routine problems and challenges and deliver clear solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency with Microsoft products and tools
U.S. Citizenship required.
Candidate must have active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May lead and direct the work of others.
Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
