Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to document, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance the NFPA customer and coworker experience through operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
