Requirements

4+ years of experience in the business credit and underwriting field required, preferably in a financial institution.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting for various business loan types, including but not limited to investment CRE, owner-occupied CRE, SBA, C&I, and lines of credit.
Review and complete assigned Annual Loan Reviews (ALRs).
Collaborate with Business Loan Officers on loan structure and ensure a complete credit presentation to best represent the credit to decisions makers.
