The Senior Business Improvement Coordinator supports site-wide improvement initiatives, organizational culture programs, and governance processes across the operation. This role collaborates with operational and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen operational performance, and support alignment with strategic business objectives across Pinto Valley. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the site improvement portfolio, supporting project governance and risk management practices, overseeing internal reporting requirements, and maintaining the effectiveness of the site’s Management Operating System (MOS). The role requires strong collaboration, leadership, and the ability to influence positive change across all levels of the organization in a mining environment.
