About The Position
The Sr. Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, designing relational databases, and translating business needs into technical solutions. This role requires strong business knowledge within the Financial Services industry, with a preference for mortgage industry experience. The analyst will work in an Agile environment and collaborate with both business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting and complex query writing.
- Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to analyze data.
- Proven ability to design relational databases.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams.
- Project management skills.
- Strong business knowledge within the Financial Services industry.
