About The Position

Guidehouse is currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support Guidehouse's Defense & Security Segment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with federal finance, accounting, and payroll stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while serving as the liaison between business users and the OneStream development team. Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications. Lead solution adoption activities, including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer efforts in support of OneStream application development and engage stakeholders throughout OneStream application configuration to obtain feedback before release. Develop role-based learning materials, including videos, user guides, and quick reference guides. Collaborate with development teams to ensure all solutions adhere to federal financial management standards, audit readiness requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks. Participate in Agile ceremonies, coordinate personal product backlog, and actively participate in iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • SIX (6) years of enterprise application training, organizational change management, and user-adoption experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing functional support for the implementation of OneStream solutions.
  • Completion of OneStream training programs.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe).
  • Functional experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working in the DHS CFO environment.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Proven ability to create training materials, user guides, quick reference guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content.
  • Experience conducting end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and system demonstrations.
  • Understanding of federal financial management, financial reporting, and financial close and consolidation processes, and general knowledge of GL structures and financial data relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to or general understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
