Identifies strategic partnership opportunities and ecosystem collaborations to enhance the value proposition, market reach, and competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Evaluates and prioritizes new product initiatives, features, and enhancements based on their strategic alignment with client needs, market potential, and business impact. Forecasts market trends and monitors competitive dynamics and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for market disruption, differentiation, and growth. Develops and maintains product roadmaps that prioritize features and modifications based on customer feedback and product satisfaction data. Identifies and mitigates risks and dependencies that may impact product delivery, customer satisfaction, or business outcomes. Develops strategic alliances with industry partners, technology providers, and regulatory bodies to drive innovation, accelerate time-to-market, and unlock new business opportunities. Coaches and provides guidance to product managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop their leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen, fostering a high-performance culture that drives innovation and value delivery. This role captures being recognized as a master in their discipline and responsible for integrating both new and existing processes align with the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities involves addressing undefined and-complex problems that require extensive information gathering and innovative solutions. Frequent communication with senior personnel both internally and externally, including customers and vendors.
