About The Position

The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in providing strategic business analysis to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks associated with Employee Services, specifically related to US Fleet, Travel & Expense spending and operations. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying risks and inefficiencies while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in multiple projects, ensuring efficient and timely delivery for Fleet and Travel & Expense while managing relationships with business partners and suppliers. Includes mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Evaluate overall business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, providing recommendations for enhancements and exploring new digital trends. Identify ways to increase adoption and improve end user satisfaction (increased utilization of mobile apps, online booking tools etc.) for Fleet Management Operations and Travel & Expense.
  • Communicate effectively within all levels of the organization on non-compliance issues related to associated Corporate Policies, particularly those for Fleet Management Operations and Travel & Expense.
  • Serve as a liaison with various stakeholders to gather business requirements for system modifications and enhancements, including global business partners on North America integrations.
  • Assist procurement with all negotiations and RFP’s pertaining to all travel expense and fleet-related suppliers outlining business needs and requirements. (Fleet management provider, travel management company, expense report system, etc).
  • Provide direct assistance to executive leadership on employee service-related topics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and recommend employee training and communication strategies for the Fleet Management Operations and Travel and Expense programs, driving compliance through improved self-supporting tools.
  • Lead/Partner audit investigations, manage audit procedures, and perform third-party supplier audits while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Interact with appropriate stakeholders (HR, Risk and Compliance, Corporate Security, Legal, etc.).
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends for compliance purposes, create monthly/quarterly reports for Finance Leadership, and communicate non-compliance issues effectively across the organization.
  • Act as Tier 3 support for process and technical issues, collaborating with Global IT and Global Business Services for resolution.
