About The Position

American Honda Finance Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/ Supervisor for the Business Operations Services (BOS) department. The position will lead a team of Associates and Contractors who provide production support for the BOS Customer Care (CC) domain. Also, the position leads and delivers medium-to-large business initiatives focused on production support, and vendor management within the CC domain. The Sr. Business Analyst/ Supervisor represents business needs in product development and solution management aligned with corporate strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving processes and systems, managing policy updates, defining project requirements, coordinating testing, and providing field support to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years professional experience
  • Captive Finance/Auto finance, banking experience preferred
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, business analysis, and process-mapping capabilities, along with effective business communication skills, including the ability to document, manage, and clarify complex operational or technical information
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Product functions for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Business analysis, project and change management skills.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role and the ability to interface with all levels of management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and launch cross-functional projects, oversee Service Center-facing implementations, and support team development of content and tools
  • Develop future leaders and enhance associate skills through hiring, onboarding and training direct reports
  • Maintain Service Center business operations and ensure Customer Care
  • Manage vendor production for Concentrix and Docufree and ensure system uptime; support VOC and POP field requests
  • Drive sustainable system and process improvements within BOS
  • Coordinate department initiatives and events
  • Support VOC initiatives to achieve company goals
