As a Sr Business Analysis Manager – Media Analytics & Attribution, you’ll play a key role in evaluating paid media performance, optimizing investment strategies, and guiding business decisions with clear, actionable analytics. In this role, you will develop and manage analytical solutions that quantify marketing efficiency, improve attribution accuracy, and uncover growth opportunities. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, and Data Science—to shape the media strategy and ensure that T-Mobile’s paid media campaigns deliver maximum return on investment. This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems); Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing/media measurement, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong background in data automation and modeling.
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior collaborators.
  • Demonstrated success running multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for media analytics, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead sophisticated analytical initiatives to evaluate and optimize media performance across channels, uncovering insights that advise campaign strategy, investment efficiency, and business impact.
  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to key business partners, collaborating to define goals, interpret performance, and refine measurement approaches.
  • Build and run robust reporting frameworks and interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to deliver accurate, insight-driven performance views.
  • Integrate data from AdTech platforms, internal systems, and third-party sources to provide a cohesive view of media impact.
  • Develop forecasting and performance evaluation tools, enabling proactive planning and scenario modeling for marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with collaborators to define success metrics, build dashboards and reporting environments (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Define and maintain standardized taxonomies, KPIs, and benchmarks for consistent, scalable measurement across the organization.
  • Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations that translate sophisticated analysis into strategic narratives that influence senior decision-makers.
  • Respond to changes in business needs, proactively adjusting reporting and insights to support evolving objectives.
  • Champion innovation in measurement strategy by staying informed on media trends, tools, and emerging methodologies.
