As a Business Analytics Consultant Sr within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. This Business Analytics Consultant Senior position is on the Customer Management team within Marketing & Communications department. The job entails coordinating work across a multi-functional team that is focused on marketing email execution, campaign audience list development, and audience logic development for real-time next best actions to present to customers. The candidate will be responsible for the intake of marketing campaign audience requests, assessing the complexity, and aligning resources to complete the work. The role also involves capacity planning, and ensuring resources are assigned based on priorities. This role is ideal for someone who has experience assessing business requirements and judging the level of complexity, strong organization skills, and building business relationships. Knowledge of marketing and/or exposure to programing languages or logic development is a plus. In additional, this job will liaison with Marketing Strategy, Business Partners, and Technology to serve as a point person for our cross functional team. To be successful in this role, someone needs to be able to absorb information in meetings with partners, organize it, and bring action items back to our team. This job is expected to coordinate the work within the Customer Management teams to ensure a seamless execution of the marketing communications. Responsibilities

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
