The Senior Associate, Brand Strategy & Marketing will support the execution of a social-first brand strategy, helping bring the brand to life across social platforms, communities, and culture. This role partners closely with Brand Strategy & Marketing leadership to execute campaigns, identify emerging opportunities, and ensure the brand is engaging audiences in meaningful and relevant ways. This individual will contribute to the development and activation of social and integrated marketing programs, translating strategic direction into platform-native content, creator collaborations, and community engagement initiatives. They will bring a strong understanding of social media, digital culture, and consumer behavior, while supporting campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. The Senior Associate will play a hands-on role in day-to-day social activation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver impactful work. They will help monitor trends, support campaign execution, track results, and identify opportunities to optimize performance and audience engagement. A highly organized and collaborative team member, this individual is eager to learn, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and passionate about culture, storytelling, and social media.
