About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and insight-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead global marketing efforts for e.l.f. Cosmetics—our flagship brand. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving disruptive 360° campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and shaping how our brand shows up across the globe. You’ll be a key player in amplifying e.l.f.’s brand voice, pushing the boundaries of of innovation, and leading culture-forward marketing that sparks conversation, builds community, and drives business growth. As the day-to-day steward of the brand, you’ll connect strategy to execution—owning the brand plan end-to-end, from pipeline and go-to-market through in-market performance and retail sell-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive brand management experience, ideally in beauty, CPG, or fashion, with proven success leading cross-channel 360° campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable brand growth across retail and digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of beauty industry dynamics, consumer behavior, pop culture, and digital innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into brand strategy and in-market action.
  • Experience leading go-to-market planning and new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring teams, as well as navigating complex cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A bias for action, comfort operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and a passion for building brands that move culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global brand strategy and annual brand plan for e.l.f. Cosmetics, translating vision into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive brand growth and profitability—monitoring sell-through, market share, velocity, and margin across channels and regions.
  • Establish e.l.f. as a category leader and culture-shaping brand, identifying white- space opportunities and portfolio gaps that fuel sustainable growth.
  • Own and execute global 360° marketing campaigns that challenge industry norms and inspire community engagement—across digital, social, influencer, ecommerce, retail, paid media, and experiential channels.
  • Lead global brand calendar strategy and planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment across product development, sales, integrated marketing, digital, creative, and retail teams.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and brand moments—defining positioning, messaging, unique selling propositions, content pillars, and channel strategies.
  • Champion creative brief development and delivery, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression across every consumer touchpoint.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market analytics, and real-time data to optimize campaign performance and identify new ways to create brand love and cultural relevance.
  • Translate consumer, category, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies that keep e.l.f. ahead of trends and ahead of the competition.
  • Track and report on key brand health metrics, sales analytics, and campaign ROI, using findings to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Retail Marketing, and ecommerce teams to ensure the brand shows up powerfully and consistently across all retail and digital storefronts.
  • Drive commercial execution excellence—supporting retailer activations, assortment strategies, promotional programs, and joint business plans with key retail partners.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of marketers and agency partners, fostering a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Navigate complex cross-functional environments with influence and clarity, aligning stakeholders across product, finance, supply chain, creative, and international teams.
  • Coach and develop talent, building a team that is curious, courageous, and relentlessly consumer-obsessed.
