POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Brand Manager serves as the strategic leader and champion for assigned brands, ensuring brand integrity and consistent execution across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving innovation, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. The Senior Brand Manager collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales teams, and external partners, to elevate the brand’s market presence and profitability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Act as the primary expert and advocate for the brand, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and values. Develop and execute annual and multi-year strategic marketing plans. Identify and explore growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Lead innovation initiatives, including the development and launch of new products and campaigns. Partner with Sales to develop customer-specific strategies and support key account engagements. Oversee the development and execution of year-round brand engagement strategies. Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and creative assets. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations. Present strategic recommendations and updates to executive leadership. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. COMPETENCIES: Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative and analytical mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions while interpreting data-driven insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with executive teams and large audiences. High proficiency in PowerPoint design, ideation, and storytelling. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a results-oriented approach. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 7+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives. Experience in the food or CPG industry is a plus. Demonstrated experience managing budgets and external agencies. Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver’s License at all times. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events (up to 20%).
