About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing guests with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share product knowledge, and embody company values. The role involves assisting guests throughout the store and working across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

The position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and is available when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is noted as helpful, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to interact with people and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team in completing tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
