About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience and helping build brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values and products while bringing your authentic self to work. The role includes engaging with guests, making product recommendations, introducing loyalty programs and brand channels, and assisting across store zones as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for, using a friendly approach.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team in completing store tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
