About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, share enthusiasm for its products, build brand loyalty, and embody its values. The role involves engaging with guests, helping them find products that fit their needs, and flexing between store zones as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to engage with guests and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
