About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by giving every store guest an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and bring the company’s values to work each day. You receive training on the AEO Selling Model and may work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to the role.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” approach to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
