Government Employees Health Association, Inc. G.E.H.A has one mission: To empower federal workers to be healthy and well. As a Sr Benefit Guidance and Outreach Navigator, you will be essential in growing G.E.H.A membership by educating our prospective members about G.E.H.A health plan offerings and guiding them through health plan selection. This role requires the ability to educate and engage prospects and members virtually, by phone, and in person, as well as flexibility to travel for events, orientations, and conferences. This position is also responsible for conducting outreach to consumers, members, and prospective members about available benefits, ensuring they understand their coverage and how to navigate their policies.
