About The Position

This role requires extensive experience in Jira Software administration, particularly in enterprise Cloud environments. The administrator will be responsible for leveraging Jira analytics and reporting, designing advanced dashboards and metrics, and integrating various tools and APIs. The position involves working with scripting languages, specific Atlassian tools, and business intelligence platforms to provide actionable insights and streamline workflows within a large, multi-team setting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Jira Software administration experience in enterprise Cloud environments.
• 8+ years of Jira analytics & reporting experience (JQL-driven insights).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced dashboarding & metrics design in Jira.
• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Atlassian Forge).
• Strong experience with REST APIs & integrations.
• Strong experience with Tempo (timesheets, cost, planner).
• Hands-on expertise with ScriptRunner (Groovy + HAPI).
• Hands-on expertise with Smart Values & Jira Expressions.
• Hands-on expertise with eazyBI (MDX).
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX + Jira connectors).
• Experience working in large, multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage REST APIs and integrations.

• Configure and utilize Smart Values & Jira Expressions.
• Work with eazyBI for reporting (MDX).
• Utilize Power BI for reporting (DAX + Jira connectors).
• Collaborate within large, multi-team environments.
