This role provides temporary staffing support to the facility, encompassing all aspects of temporary labor order fulfillment, staffing agency management, and temporary associate compliance. The position involves assisting workforce staffing in administering procedures and policies for Staffing Agency Partners within the Distribution Center. Key responsibilities include providing training support to agency on-site representatives and staff, ensuring resolution of issues related to Open Door, diversity, and other values. The role collaborates with the HR Manager to conduct interventions, fact-findings, and resolve conflicts concerning the temporary workforce. Additionally, it involves partnering with Staffing Agency Partners to ensure temporary associates receive proper oversight, GMP compliance, and safety training. The role also includes providing, monitoring, coaching, and guiding technical and non-technical training for Staffing Agency Partner On-Site Representatives and Managing Coaches. Reporting on labor order fulfillment, training, day 1 show rates, and attrition rates for agency partners is crucial. The position also handles reconciliation of temporary associate billing issues with agency partners, serves as a subject matter expert for the Vendor Management System, manages Zendesk tickets, temp cancellations, voluntary time requests, and other operational needs related to the temporary workforce, and participates in special projects as assigned.
