Sr Associate, Toy Marketing - HW Die-Cast
About The Position
What Your Impact Will Be: • Assist on the Die-Cast segments of the Hot Wheels team • Support the development of toy strategy by segment. • Support the toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning. • Assist in gathering consumer/play insights specific to toy usage and play patterns. • Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf. • Support toy business performance (POS performance and SKU metrics: revenue, margin, productivity). • Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing.
- Project management skills: potential to manage complex product development timelines.
- Strong quantitative/Analytical/financial skills (forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity and competitive analysis).
- Financial acumen: Experience with P&L management.
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams (ie design and manufacturing).
- Communication skills: Excellent at storytelling, presentations, and influencing team.
