About The Position
Mattel is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the Strategy and Corporate Development team at our El Segundo, CA headquarters. Each member of this high-performing team plays a key role in shaping the future of Mattel.
Requirements
- BA / BS degree from a top-tier university.
- 3+ years of total professional experience, with work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in-house strategy.
- Track record of impact.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder groups.
- Superior communication skills.
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
Responsibilities
- Work with the Chief Strategy Officer and broader Mattel teams to shape Mattel’s corporate strategy and support the annual strategic planning process.
- Partner closely with executives across the company on critical strategic projects across the company, including leading cross-functional teams to realize business impact.
- Support key M&A and corporate development priorities across the company.
