About The Position

As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you’ll be playing a key role in the day-to-day work that drives real outcomes for our clients, using quantitative risk models to optimize direct indexing equity and multi-asset portfolios. You'll collaborate with multiple teams across Ethic, bringing precision and care to everything you touch while continuously building better ways to deliver a seamless, customized investing experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, investments, or a related field
  • A solid foundation in portfolio construction, trade execution, and investment operations
  • Sharp attention to detail with a track record of accurate, timely work
  • Clear, confident communication skills across multiple mediums
  • A collaborative team player who can juggle priorities and stay composed under pressure
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities without losing sight of the details that matter

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end portfolio process, from construction and analysis to trade execution, ensuring every detail is right and every client experience is seamless
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams, bringing subject matter expertise in quantitative investing to every interaction
  • Partner across teams to share insights, tackle problems together, and drive meaningful improvements to both client experience and operational efficiency
