About The Position

The Sr. Associate, Marketing Data Architecture & Automation is the technical engine behind FNBO's marketing data operations — driving how marketing data is structured, connected, and activated across acquisition and customer management efforts. This role sits at the intersection of FNBO's enterprise data environment — anchored in Snowflake — and its external marketing execution ecosystem, powered in the digital space by the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). While an individual contributor, this role is a driver of change — bringing deep technical expertise to evaluating new platforms, evolving data structures, and implementing new ways of working. Operating in close partnership with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Engineering, this role owns the execution layer: ensuring marketing data is clean, current, and ready to power both acquisition and customer management strategies. A key focus is the hands-on execution of marketing data platform onboarding and ongoing evolution — including acquisition capabilities within enterprise data environments and the continuous advancement of Snowflake-driven data flows within ZMP. This individual partners closely with the Sr. Manager to translate strategic direction into actionable, well-structured solutions.
