In this vital role you will be part of our manufacturing finance team, providing financial support for various company functions: Monthly/quarterly expense forecasting and cost per unit (CPU)/cost of goods manufactured (COGM) Raw Materials, Purchase Price variance, consumables and freight analysis. Annual budgeting and long-range planning. SAP Standard cost development and material master setup for make items and raw materials. Variance analyses and other ad-hoc support. Leads month-end accounting and reporting process. Provides recommendations and communicates implications based on analysis of deviation from budget/Forecast. Develop performance measurements used to support management reporting and cost analysis. Facilitate business planning and decision-making and the modeling of various financial scenarios. Conduct business analyses on current, future and comparative financial performance and develop analytical models. Support transformational initiatives through automation and financial processes and reporting improvements using tools like Tableau and Smartsheet Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support site objectives as required. Additional assignments include but not limited to special projects support for business clients, FP&A leadership and internal/external audit assistance. On-site presence at the manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio is required.
