About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting program financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. The position works closely within an integrated program management team to maintain accurate program cost and revenue controls, evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and regularly communicate program financial performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, prepare, and administer program budgets, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision‑making.
  • Partner with the integrated program management team to develop and maintain cost and revenue controls.
  • Monitor program financial health and clearly communicate results and trends to management.
  • Execute month‑end close processes, including journal entries and cost reconciliations.
  • Forecast program revenue and costs on a monthly basis.
  • Lead recurring reviews of key financial metrics with program teams.
  • Generate and analyze Hyperion financial reports.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special requests as needed.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and presentation materials.
  • Conduct actual‑to‑forecast variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive focus on cost control, achievement of financial targets, and cash flow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and GAAP accounting standards.
