Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customer systems and equipment (hardware and software). This work can be onsite or offsite and may involve coordination and cooperation with other support teams or third parties. These duties will generally be performed in an assigned region but may be required anywhere in Canada and will include travel, hours of work, and weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities
