Change Readiness Support — Support the change and adoption activities the Manager defines, helping field and internal teams understand what is changing and what they need to do differently. Process & Ways-of-Working Documentation — Document internal ways of working and processes, keeping materials current with each release and partnering with US Surgical Training, US Marketing, Product, and the ACE team to confirm accuracy.
