About The Position

This role supports brand strategy and paid media execution across one of the industry's most iconic premium credit card portfolios, extending beyond a single product to support the full card portfolio. The Sr. Associate, Brand Marketing will help to execute breakthrough paid media campaigns that drive measurable impact on both brand and business, working closely with the VP, Brand Manager, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver innovative, culturally relevant work. This person will support advertising and marketing efforts across paid and owned channels — messaging, creative development, talent partnerships, and production — while managing a high volume of day-to-day requests and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in Brand, Advertising, Media, or related disciplines, with a demonstrated track record supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Lifestyle marketing (travel, sports, fashion, etc.), with proven experience working at an agency or partnering directly with agencies.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to translate marketing plans into well-executed, high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive execution against tight timelines.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end creative production processes; proficient in trafficking creative assets across a range of paid channels.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience supporting budget management and investment tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify innovative opportunities and apply fresh thinking to creative strategy, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cultural relevance in the premium travel space, as well as music, fashion, lifestyle, and sports.

Nice To Haves

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and responsibilities.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with the pace and volume of a high-output marketing team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional nights or weekends for production shoots.
  • Exposure to AI tools in a marketing context is a plus, but is not a primary evaluation criterion — depth of hands-on campaign experience takes priority.

Responsibilities

  • Support paid creative strategy and development from concept to execution, partnering with teams across brand-building, action-driving, and experiential campaigns.
  • Manage creative asset execution from brief development and concepting through creative testing, production, and trafficking.
  • Support visual identity rollout across campaigns, partnering with teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Partner with media planning teams on channel strategy — supporting channel mix, audience targeting, and investment allocation across the full funnel (TV, social, display, audio).
  • Manage full-funnel paid media requests and ad hoc campaign requests as they arise, including talent, sports, and music partnerships, across the full card portfolio.
  • Support relationships with external business/brand partners alongside internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across brand, media, sports & entertainment, and talent & content teams to help deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive card space — particularly premium travel, with fluency in music, fashion, lifestyle, and sports culture.
  • Operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, managing multiple concurrent projects with different timelines and budgets.
