About The Position

The Senior Associate, Applied AI owns key components of the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), including governance, observability, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI-powered applications, assistants, chatbots, and agents. In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for ADLC practices, translating system behavior, user feedback, and governance needs into prioritized actions. This position provides indirect leadership by coordinating cross-functional improvement activities, guiding consistent use of standards, and helping ensure AI systems remain reliable, effective, and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with data analysis, SDLC or other lifecycle processes, AI-enabled workflows, governance practices, technology project management, or technology-enabled business improvement.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using leading generative AI assistants to support analysis, workflow improvement, and applied AI use cases.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Own ADLC monitoring, evaluation, prioritization, escalation, and improvement processes.
  • Serve as SME for evaluation and observability practices, including output review, conversation analysis, error categorization, and feedback interpretation.
  • Define, organize, curate, and improve ADLC artifacts, including governance documentation, standards, controls, the agent registry, and skills library.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement activities, aligning stakeholders on priorities, decisions, follow-ups, and progress.
  • Analyze conversation data, feedback, evaluation results, and performance metrics to identify risks, gaps, failure patterns, and improvement opportunities.
