About The Position
Genpact is hiring a Sr. Architect to lead architecture design and development for complex software systems. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions, reviews code and identifies technical debt, evaluates emerging technologies and tools, and mentors junior team members. The position is hybrid and listed as a day job in the United States. Candidates based in Los Angeles, California are not eligible. The approximate annual base compensation range is $100,000 to $125,000; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
Requirements
