About The Position

As a Sr. Applications/Systems Sales Engineer at Honeywell, you will act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for Honeywell's physical security offerings, specifically LenelS2 OnGuard, NetBox, and Elements solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Regional Sales Managers, Value Added Resellers (VARs), consultants, and end users to understand customer needs, create technical solutions, and generate new business. You will lead the technical aspects of the sales process, from initial discovery and solution design to product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and technical presentations. Utilizing your knowledge of enterprise security systems, networking, cloud technologies, and hybrid architectures, you will guide customers in choosing solutions that align with their operational and business goals. Collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support teams will be key to developing successful strategies, effectively presenting Honeywell's solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas and their business value are essential for driving revenue and building customer loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert supporting Honeywell's physical security portfolio, including LenelS2 OnGuard, NetBox, and Elements solutions.
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers, Value Added Resellers (VARs), consultants, and end users to identify customer requirements, develop technical solutions, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and technical presentations.
  • Leverage expertise in enterprise security systems, networking, cloud technologies, and hybrid architectures to help customers evaluate and select solutions that meet their operational and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to develop winning strategies, position Honeywell solutions effectively, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and articulate business value to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
