About The Position

This role is responsible for the daily health of the SaaS stack that runs Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. (CTTI). The engineer will ensure over 300 employees remain productive, their identities are secure, and their Macs are compliant. This includes fixing issues when they arise, automating processes that slow the business down, and delivering data to leadership. This is a hands-on engineering position with significant authority, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. The role is based on-site at 10X HQ in Aventura, Florida, Monday through Friday, emphasizing in-person collaboration and rapid support.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience administering Google Workspace Enterprise.
  • Deep, hands-on experience administering Zoom Enterprise.
  • Deep, hands-on experience administering Zendesk.
  • Working experience with Okta (SSO, policies, provisioning).
  • Working experience with JAMF and Apple Business Manager.
  • Working experience with PandaDoc administration.
  • 5+ years administering business SaaS at scale.
  • Fluency in identity and access management (SSO, SAML / OIDC, MFA, provisioning and deprovisioning).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Aventura, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English / Spanish.
  • Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script running in production.
  • Familiarity with PCI, HIPAA, or Zero Trust principles.
  • NetSuite, HubSpot, Aloware, or JotForm administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Google Workspace Enterprise, including user administration, security controls, groups, and Drive governance.
  • Manage Zoom Enterprise licensing, account administration, and security/recording policies.
  • Administer Zendesk, including agent and workflow management, SLA and macro design, and reporting.
  • Manage Okta for SSO policies, app assignments, lifecycle automation, and MFA.
  • Oversee JAMF + Apple Business Manager for MDM, compliance, remote commands, and OS rollouts.
  • Administer PandaDoc, including template and workflow management, integrations, and approvals.
  • Provide ongoing administration for NetSuite, HubSpot, JotForm, and Aloware.
  • Redesign workflows that impede business operations.
  • Build automations using Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or native APIs.
  • Standardize onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Build dashboards and conduct SaaS usage audits for leadership.
  • Analyze ticket metrics, platform analytics, and SaaS spend data to inform decisions.
  • Create documentation and video walkthroughs.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new hires and departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including escalations, roadmap requests, and renewals.
  • Support the CIO with quarterly reviews, compliance work, and contract evaluations.
