About The Position

Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Application Developer for a contract to hire opportunity in Dallas, TX! The Senior Application Developer is responsible for designing and developing technology solutions that meet business needs. In this role you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on full lifecycle development, from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and unit testing practices
• Experience with modern web development technologies, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Backend development and API experience, preferably with Go and NOSQL databases (Mongo)
• Proficiency in scripting languages, Python and Bash
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS
• Experience building or supporting scalable, containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Experience collaborating in team environments using Git or similar version control systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience troubleshooting network-related issues in complex environments
• Strong working knowledge of Linux systems
• Experience with FreeSWITCH development
• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems design
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Chef, Troposphere, AWS CDK)
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0
• Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile development methodologies
• Experience implementing and maintaining CRM platforms
