What You Will Do: Lead and support the monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close process (RPLAN) , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment to program execution. Drive development of Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing critical financial insight to program leadership. Conduct advanced PRISM and material financial analysis , including MRP updates, grouping/pegging/distribution impacts, and end-to-end material cost visibility. Translate financial results into actionable insights by clearly communicating forecast commitments, risks, and opportunities to program teams and senior leadership. Deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis , identifying trends, drivers, and corrective actions. Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting using standardized enterprise tools and processes. Perform detailed review and validation of EAC inputs, executive presentations, and proposal materials , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment to financial baselines and business objectives. Develop and implement structured training programs and quarterly finance bootcamps to elevate financial acumen across the organization. Lead cross-functional financial education and enablement efforts, supporting training and upskilling of program teams in forecasting, SRO, and EAC processes.
