About The Position

As a Sr. Analytics Analyst at Conga, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build and maintain dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and help standardize reporting across the business. You’ll also contribute to improving data quality, consistency, and accessibility as part of our broader analytics strategy. At Conga, our ability to make fast, informed decisions depends on accurate and actionable data. The Sr. Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in delivering insights that drive performance across key areas such as pipeline, revenue, customer retention, and product usage. This role helps create visibility and accountability across the organization by ensuring stakeholders have access to consistent, reliable reporting. Beyond reporting, this position contributes to identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency—helping the business prioritize effectively and operate with greater precision. The impact of this role extends from day-to-day decision-making to supporting leadership with the insights needed to guide strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of building reports and delivering insights that influence business outcomes
  • Highly comfortable working with data—analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and translating findings into meaningful insights
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources and connect the dots to tell a cohesive story
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that support decision-making
  • Ability to ask the right questions and align analysis to business priorities
  • Effective at communicating complex data in a clear and concise way
  • Ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences and ensure your work drives action
  • Take ownership of your work and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, uncover insights, and drive value
  • Naturally curious and continuously seek to deepen your understanding of the business
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for accuracy and timeliness
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data modeling and analysis
