Sr. Analyst

JLLAtlanta, CO
Onsite

About The Position

Join JLL's Sports & Entertainment Development Advisory practice as a Senior Analyst, where you'll be the analytical engine behind some of the most consequential venue and mixed-use development decisions in professional sports. Our team advises teams, leagues, owners, and public authorities across MLB, NFL, NHL, WNBA, MiLB, and collegiate athletics — from billion-dollar mixed-use districts anchored by a ballpark, to arena site selection, to the public-financing and feasibility cases that get projects approved and built. In this role you'll own financial models, site analyses, and client-ready materials end-to-end, working directly with the Managing Director and engagement leads on deliverables that go in front of ownership- and league-level decision-makers. Operating in a lean, senior, high-visibility team, you'll carry multiple concurrent engagements with limited oversight, help shape the analytical approach on new pursuits, and serve as a resource to junior team members. This is an exceptional platform to deepen your expertise across the full development lifecycle — underwriting, site selection, economic impact, public finance, and deal execution — while advancing within JLL's global platform and contributing to projects that reshape skylines and communities.

  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, and written communication abilities, with the poise to present analysis to senior professionals and clients
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex market and financial data into clear recommendations
  • Genuine interest in sports, venues, and real estate development
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Build and quality-control client-ready presentations — site shortlists, feasibility summaries, pitch and pursuit decks, and board materials
  • Draft, issue, and coordinate RFPs and RFQs (engineering, master planning, design) and manage responses through selection
