About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings. Our operation is based in Mesa, AZ and supports Boeing Aerospace in the area. We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

Requirements

• Expert in Microsoft (Excel)
• Other systems: SAP & EWM
• Able to work a maximum 40 hour work week
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Moderate proficiency with office based software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Nice To Haves

• Experience in transportation, logistics or distribution center environment preferred
• Associate’s Degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer reported defects on inventory
• Monitoring daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing
• Interacting with the customer on a daily basis and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
• Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
