Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Analyst (P2-P3) to serve as the Data Integration and Analytics (DIA) point of contact with assigned manufacturing sites or global functions for the purpose of opportunity identification, project portfolio development, solution delivery, service management, and relationship management. Develop and implement techniques and analytics to transform data into meaningful information. Translate business needs into data and analytics projects. Help the business to define a future state of the analytics and data usage landscape. Build data pipelines and recommend data-driven solutions to key stakeholders. Develop budget and operating plan for the program and ensure projects completion on time, on budget and with the right quality of solutions delivered. #LI-DNI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience developing and implementing data architecture and data visualization solutions
  • 5 years of experience creating data pipelines to move data from multiple APIs to data warehouses
  • 5 years of experience developing stored procedures using PL/SQL
  • 5 years of experience performing comprehensive analysis of survey data
  • 5 years of experience performing data discovery and cleaning using advanced SQL
  • 5 years of experience identifying and implementing automation solutions
  • 5 years of experience managing release activities
  • Part-time telecommuting permitted
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel required
