About The Position

The Sr HR Analyst HR Workday Security & HCM is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Security and Core HCM within a complex global environment. This role partners closely with cross functional HR and IT stakeholders to ensure a secure, scalable, and well governed Workday ecosystem, supporting business continuity, audit compliance, and continuous improvement through biannual Workday releases. Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Security and Core HCM in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting largescale HR transformations, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage Workday configuration from design through deployment and steady state support.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and governance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and set expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery across cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of report writing, calculated fields, and HCM-adjacent products such as compensation and recruiting is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the design and architecture of the Security and HCM modules in the Workday system under the direction of the functional product owners.
  • Manage, develop, and consult with the functional teams and technical stakeholders across integrations, recruiting, compensation, talent, learning, and payroll to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership by evaluating design options, proposing alternatives, and identifying opportunities for reuse and process improvement.
  • Review and assess proposed changes to ensure alignment with security architecture, system standards, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure comprehensive, accurate documentation of configurations and design decisions in accordance with organizational standards and audit guidelines.
  • Partner with data governance stakeholders to collaborate on Workday security audit design and execution.
  • Oversee configuration migrations across environments and support scheduling of batch jobs and reports.
  • Contribute to ongoing system maintenance to ensure performance, reliability, and business continuity.
  • Lead Workday bi annual release activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and implementation of required and optional features.
