About The Position
Newmark is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst based in Vancouver, BC to join our National Investment team, part of Canada Valuation & Advisory. The candidate will work within a dynamic team, gaining a wide array of experience related to commercial real estate valuation. They will be responsible for conducting research, preparing Argus/Excel analyses and cash flow projections, and assisting with appraisal reports. In this exciting opportunity, you will join a team that is focused primarily on appraising institutional-grade assets in markets across the country. Working as part of a national team, you will be trained to work seamlessly with staff in other offices using technology, while also being part of the local office.
