About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations will work closely with their peer team, hiring managers, and HR Team to establish hiring plans for the recruiting team. They will develop actionable operational improvements ensuring our talent pipeline is efficient, cost-effective, and candidate-centric. This person will be our subject matter expert on recruiting data, external agency performance tracking, and support larger HR data reporting initiatives. The position is the liaison between the operations team & recruiting department, providing recommendations that will influence site hourly labor needs. The position has one direct report and interacts with both internal and external stakeholders. Home Chef offers the base salary range as posted below, with the exact offer depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and internal equity. While compensation is within the provided range, it is not typical for offers to be made at the upper end. In addition to base salary, Home Chef provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, 401k match, and paid time off. Requirements
