About The Position

This role focuses on the Supply Planning of devices returned through T-Mobile programs to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet demand from warehouses and maintain healthy inventory levels. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for device-level planning for products returned through the reverse network. This includes analyzing forecasts, inventory on hand, WIP levels, planned inventory levels, and yields. The role involves setting plans for repair partners and kitting production plans for return centers, managing inventory levels, and making decisions to move inventory through reverse processes. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will secure plans by collaborating with suppliers on their weekly/monthly commitments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Supply Chain Management (Required)
Supply Planning (Required)
Data Analysis (Required)
Inventory Management (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

2-4 years Supply chain planning experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Facilitate and manage weekly forecasting process and meeting with 3rd party to ensure supply is being utilized most efficiently.
Work cross-functionally with the demand planning team to understand demand trends and identify gaps in supply and demand.
Communicate the impacts of any supply shortages that could limit supply to support warranty and insurance programs.
Implement the refinement and improvements of supply planning processes and systems to support business requirements.
Perform Ad-Hoc inventory reporting and analysis as needed to develop insights and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Develop insights based on data and create business cases to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
