About The Position

The Analyst, Supply Chain Planning provides the analytical foundation for demand, supply, and inventory decisions and drives initiatives that improve the organization’s planning capabilities. Working alongside demand and supply planners, this role owns analysis, diagnostics, reporting, and recommendations that make planning decisions sharper and more defensible. It builds and automates recurring performance reporting, investigates variance, and translates complex datasets into recommendations for leadership. The role offers broad exposure to forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategy, with potential to grow into a planning or analytics leadership role as the team expands. An early initiative is to develop store sales performance and replenishment analytics as the retail showroom network grows alongside e-commerce. The role establishes visibility into location-level sales and availability constraints and develops repeatable approaches for allocating and replenishing inventory across the network. The organization uses a Python-native analytics stack for forecasting, replenishment, and reporting, and expects team members to work fluently with SQL, Python, and BI tools.
