About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Management to join our centralized Inventory Compliance team, responsible for managing and safeguarding inventory across Raytheon’s U.S. operations. This position ensures the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of material and system records through analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with multiple functions. The selected candidate will work closely with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning, and other stakeholders to uphold operational excellence and compliance with company and government standards.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with logistics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
  • Experience with Special Program Access ERP systems.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.
  • DoD Clearance: Secret

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and enhance inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system health monitoring, in-place shipments, and overall material compliance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing material transactions, ensuring accurate processing and documentation within Special Program Access.
  • Apply MRP/ERP principles to support effective decision-making and maintain data integrity.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform inventory forecasting and trend analysis using metrics and analytical tools to strengthen accountability.
  • Support audits and assessments (PMSA, CSA, and customer reviews) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, analyze, and report system health and performance metrics; identify and implement process improvements.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure objectives and commitments are met.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to promote process discipline, standardization, and compliance.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and overall inventory performance.
