Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain, FHS

Restaurant Brands InternationalJacksonville, FL
Onsite

About The Position

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is a global leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, owning iconic brands like TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. Firehouse Subs, with approximately 1,450 restaurants, relies on a consistent and reliable supply chain to ensure guests receive the same product experience every visit. The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain plays a crucial role in this by owning the analytics and execution layer that supports this performance. This position operates at the intersection of Limited Time Offers (LTOs), New Product Introductions (NPIs), and Inbound Freight Analytics for supplier-to-DC lanes. The role acts as an operational liaison between various departments including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement, as well as with key distributor partners such as DMA, PFG, SYGMA, GFS, and NDA. The primary objective is to ensure the right product is available in the correct quantity at the designated distribution center (DC) on time, while minimizing obsolescence and preventing any guest-facing stockouts.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of supply chain, demand planning, or inventory analyst experience (restaurant, CPG, or foodservice distribution preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated fluency working with large data exports.
  • Working knowledge of Arrowstream or directly comparable distributor systems.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate data into operator-grade recommendations actionable by a DC buyer on the same day.
  • Practical AI fluency: routine use of LLM-based assistants and AI-augmented analytics to accelerate data consolidation, exception analysis, and reporting; ability to design prompts that produce decision-grade output, evaluate that output for accuracy, and exercise judgment about where AI belongs in a supply chain workflow and where it does not.
  • Structured written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders operating at different tempos and with different vocabularies (DC buyers, R&D, Marketing, Operations leadership, and external partners at DMA, PFG, SYGMA, GFS, and NDA), including the ability to translate the same supply situation into a DC buyer escalation, an R&D risk note, and a leadership scorecard line without loss of fidelity.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or Power Automate experience.
  • Familiarity with QSR LTO cadence and franchise system dynamics.
  • Exposure to NPI or Stage Gate processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or an adjacent field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-launch demand planning, lift modeling, and DC allocation for LTOs.
  • Monitor in-flight LTO pacing against forecast, trigger reorders, and track supplier capacity in real-time.
  • Direct post-LTO wind-down, manage obsolescence exposure, and execute depletion strategies across the network.
  • Communicate with DC buyers and escalate supply risks before they impact restaurants.
  • Deliver leadership scorecards to inform LTO performance decisions.
  • Partner with R&D and Marketing from Stage Gate through national launch for NPIs.
  • Qualify sources, validate lead times, and recommend initial buy quantities for NPIs based on demand signals.
  • Build supply plans, coordinate distributor onboarding, and manage item setup across systems for NPIs.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with single-source items, capacity constraints, and launch-window exposure for NPIs.
  • Run post-launch performance reviews and transition new items into steady-state operations.
  • Monitor freight lanes and inventory across suppliers, DCs, and redistribution sites to ensure supply continuity.
  • Maintain exclusion lists, watch lists, and depletion strategies to enhance alerting signals.
  • Drive corrective actions with distributor buyers on at-risk items, ensuring documented follow-through.
  • Surface systemic issues such as forecast accuracy, lead-time drift, and allocation misses to leadership with recommended solutions.
  • Advance the internal supply chain tooling and dashboard suite.
