We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations, to join our team. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or data analytics
- Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed quantitative analyses using Excel and other synthesize insights in crisp presentation materials
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and comfortable with working through ambiguity and change
- Proactive about asking questions and managing professional development
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in advanced analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Experience working in consumer-packaged goods (CPGs), fresh produce, logistics and distribution and/or manufacturing industries
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analyses and driving process improvements
- Offer insights into strategic decision-making on company operations
- Collaborate across functions to spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing margins
- Manage and maintain a database of projects, ensuring their timely execution aligns with strategic objectives and resource allocation
- Develop high-quality presentations and memos integrating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), audience insights and critical business metrics
- Play a pivotal role in the analysis of capital projects and leading operations analysis for M&A opportunities
- Provide critical assessments to guide investment decisions and strategic expansion
- Ensure alignment with long-term company goals and market dynamics, while fostering innovation and sustainability in operations
