The Sr. Analyst – Store Leadership Structures will provide oversight and governance of field leadership headcount and scheduling practices to ensure alignment with financial plans, store activity, and company priorities. Partnering closely with Finance and Field Leaders, this role will focus on balancing leader headcount to business needs and proactively address outlier stores. The position also ensures schedule compliance by auditing and reinforcing leadership rotation standards to ensure necessary leadership coverage. A successful sr. analyst is self-motivated and curious, demonstrates strong leadership and analytical skills, and communicates effectively across various stakeholders.
