Requirements

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field and two (2) or more years of related experience in the SCM, project, commercial or analytical experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing methodologies, and cost management concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills including presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive talents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SCM systems and reporting tools.
• Possess intermediate to advanced level data interactions/manipulations skills using different tools such as Power BI, among others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or a related industry.
• Enrollment in an SCM-related professional designation (e.g., SCMP, CPSM).
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience in commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support the SCM Major Projects team in the development and execution of project-level material and service strategies for Enbridge business units.
• Apply established SCM processes, tools, and procedures to resolve routine challenges and support project delivery.
• Prepare SCM planning documents, reports, and communications for stakeholders.
• Assist with forecasting contracts, purchase orders, and demand requirements for assigned projects or program elements.
• Support compliance with SCM policies, procedures, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Track actual performance against SCM plans and escalate variances, risks, or issues to senior team members.
• Coordinate with SCM Business Partners and Contract/Procurement Specialists to ensure alignment with project deliverables.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning under guidance.
• May assist in investigation and analysis of more complex issues with guidance from senior SCM professionals.
